Contract creation and electronic contracting
The technical steps required to create the contract between you and us are as follows:
You place the order for your products on the web-site by pressing the confirm order button at the end of the check-out process. You will be guided through the process of placing an order by a series of simple instructions on the web-site. We will send to you an order acknowledgement email detailing the products you have ordered. This is not an order confirmation or order acceptance from Langley Sound & Light. As your product is shipped from our warehouse we will send you a despatch confirmation email.
Order acceptance and the completion of the contract between you and us will take place on the despatch to you of the Products ordered unless we have notified you that we do not accept your order or you have cancelled it.
Non-acceptance of an order may be a result of one of the following:
The product you ordered being unavailable from stock.
Our inability to obtain authorisation for your payment.
The identification of a pricing or product description error.
You not meeting the eligibility to order criteria set out in the main Terms & Conditions.
The contract will be concluded in English language.
Contract cancellation
Please note that you are entitled to cancel this contract if you so wish provided that you exercise your right no longer than seven days from the day of despatch.

Returns
If You wish to return an item to Us then We aim to make it as quick and convenient as possible. Any item may be returned for any reason within 7 days of the date of despatch so long as it remains in a saleable condition in original packaging. If the goods are faulty, incorrect or damaged on delivery We will meet the cost of return (using a carrier of our choice) and We will refund the price paid for the goods including delivery charges. Where substituted goods have been provided and they need to be returned We will meet the cost of return, whatever the reason for the return.Please ensure in both of the above situations that the item is securely wrapped for transit. All goods returned other than those that are faulty, incorrect or damaged on delivery will be at Your cost.
