With the current volatile political climate and the general lack of buyer confidence it’s fair to say that the vast majority of the sound and light business players are struggling to hit targets.
We are unlikely to see a rapid return to a sustained economical improvement indicating that only the most proactive and creative event providers will flourish.
Since event providers are a core customer segment for Langley Sound & Light it is incumbent and imperative for us to think long and hard about how we can support the providers in developing their business along competitive but profitable lines.
We have been speaking to myriad event providers (Party organisers, Wedding planners, DJ’s, Product Launches, Marketing events, Exhibitions organisers and attendees, Outdoor event organisers, music festivals, triathlons and many more) with a view to understanding how we can improve the overall proposition, the customer experience and the competitiveness of the delivered event. This has resulted in ideas that we are working on.
Langley Sound & light are very receptive to further discussions with event providers that will provide tripartite benefits, i.e. for the event provider, for LSL and for the target customer audience. This can range from (for instance) teaming up in developing and delivering specific solutions to targeted audiences all the way through to a formal partnership.
If you are interested in talking to us about how we can team to provide such benefits I’d be delighted to hear from you. No idea is too big, or too small, for us to discuss informally and see if there is a mutually beneficial way forward
